Dr. Chris Wilkie strives to be an ally in its purest form by encouraging everyone he comes in contact with to be their authentic self. He gives others the opportunity to share their stories and experiences.  Throughout his career he advocates, showcases and celebrates individuals who have given themselves permission to embrace and explore their authenticity, pursue their dreams and live on purpose/mission. 

Always listening and learning, Chris is committed to making diversity and inclusion more than just this year's buzzwords. He readily leverages the knowledge, opportunities, and support he’s been given to catapult exceptional organizations to their rightful place as a nationally renowned and respected change-makers.

Chris has spent his 20+ year career serving nonprofits with various missions and audiences including multilingual, multicultural, socioeconomically challenged and isolated, underrepresented, victims of family violence, and those who struggle with substance abuse and/or mental health.

These broad experiences have made him highly skilled at implementing transformational strategies while growing annual budgets, improving operational processes, building top-tier teams, and raising more than $150 million to support worthy organizations.

At the age of 29, Chris was a recipient of a 40Under40 Award by the Fort Worth Business Press as one of the top 40 young leaders in the Fort Worth community. In 2021, he was the recipient of the Tech Innovadores Award from the Hispanic Technology and Telecommunications Partnership in recognition of the visionary, innovative, and collaborative leadership of multicultural digital inclusion advocates. In addition to his advanced degrees, Chris holds professional certifications in executive management; nonprofit board management; fundraising; governance, risk, and compliance; and leadership; and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
